I think it was cut by that guy in the video that “speed cuts” the pizzas. He guillotines each pizza randomly three times and not one piece comes out the same size or shape as another

Personally, I like pizza cut like this. Sometimes I want 1 more slice but a full slice would be too much. That’s where the baby slices come into play.

Probably either someone new-ish and practicing going faster, or someone who’s fed-up with the rush and has 7 more pies about to fall out of the oven that’s filled all the way to the back with 20+ more orders because every human in an 8 mile radius needs fresh hot food
