you have heard the story now let’s taste the tradition today we are making Moroccan kfta tajin juicy lamb meatballs simmerred in spicy tomato sauce finished with olives and eggs moroccan kfta tajin is known for its complex layering of flavors with a blend of spices and herb i’m here to demonstrate how to cook ga tajin [Music] [Music] in a bowl add ground lamb chopped onions and fresh cilantro chili powder salt turmeric powder mix everything until it’s smooth roll it into small meatballs and keep them bite-sized so they cook evenly in a skillet add olive oil toss in green chilies and chopped green bell pepper now add garlic and tomatoes cook for 3 minutes let the flavors start building now hit it with the spices paprika cumin salt pepper cayenne pepper and bay leaf add more cilantro stir and let it simmer gently drop the meatballs right into the sauce one by one keep the heat low and let them simmer until it’s tender and cooked through once those meatballs are looking juicy drop in some green olives for the salty punch then crack in your eggs right on top of the sauce for the final touch add some fresh cilantro and finish it off cover again and let them poor [Music] and that’s Moragan KFA tajin flavorp packed meatballs saucy spicy and topped with silky eggs [Music] now it’s your turn give it a go snap a pic and tag me on Instagram i want to see your version join me next time as we discover more delicious food around the world until then happy cooking
