First time cooking Hanger on the charcoal grill. Salt Dry brined over night in fridge.
Char crust dredge.
On a bed of McDonalds french fries.
Not pictured, horseradish rosemary cream sauce.

It was great, anything to try differently?

Did you buy the fries fresh or re heat? If you re-heated, how? Everything looks great. I absolutely love a hanger and I think you nailed this one.

Ok, but what about the mc D”s fries is enhancing your steak? If you went to all that trouble why not just make fries that weren’t fried in some unhealthy oil?

I don’t know what to say that does not seem cliche. That looks fantastic and I am utterly envious and now quite hungry.

Steak looks absolutely divine, but I prefer a golden brown fry color compared to a more yellow color.

Who needs the beef tallow in the oil when you can just dump beef right on them?

Does this cheapen the steak or elevate the fries? 😂

Perfect Hanger. If it’s good quality you want that seared hot and rare to mid rare.
