    My wife and I are going to Australia/NZ for 3 weeks and I wonder how the garden will change in that time.

    Oh wow! I love Dragon Tongue! They are at their best raw – so crunchy and sweet! I always end up snacking on half of them while picking in the garden. Neckargolds definitely get a bit tough when they get big, but sautéed with a bit of garlic they’re amazing.

    Not gonna lie, laying them out on the table like that reminds of those police drug photo’s where they proudly display what drug house they hit up
