The 3 green ones are getting tossed. I was experimenting. A branch snapped WELL before these guys were ready to be picked. They are too immature to even use as green tomatoes.
Cherry tomatoes are being picked when they blush and finishing up inside! The black prince are being picked when they blush as well! I just had one sliced on a chicken salad sandwich and it was an experience!!!!
