My go-to for seafood is Marie Sharp’s Belizean Heat. Great for giving shrimp cocktail sauce a little extra kick, or dousing straight up on fried seafood.

I didn’t like it all. I like Old Bay, especially the Lemon & Herb one. I LUV Hot sauce, but this didn’t cut it all for Me. Poured it down the drain.

This is great for seafood or creole based dishes. Jambalaya, gumbo, or mixing into some cocktail sauce or a Bloody Mary. I got a couple big jugs off Amazon because it was hard to find locally.

It was a limited release, to the best of my knowledge. I bought six bottles and found it to be a worthy substitute for my favorite, Tapatio.
My current bottle may have turned, though. I don’t remember it being so vinegary.
It’s not very hot, but it is a flavor bomb. I like it!
It started off as a limited release. But now it is sold year round at least in my area.
I wanted to like it but I just couldn’t maybe on fried fish but that’s it. I’m from Maryland for context grew up on the original.
