    Filet most overrated cut imo.I love fat and it just doesn’t cut it for me. Ribeye is life. Really good cook on the meat though 👌

    Too small and not enough fat. A good ny strip or center cut strip or delmonico beats filet any day imo.

    Filet is nice in that you can’t overcook it. If you had a few (dozen) beers and forget it on the grill because you took a nap it will still be tender. That said, not enough flavor in there for me. Perfect cook, though.
