Recipe – Let’s make a delicious, high-protein chickpea salad!!!
First, I soaked chickpeas and kidney beans overnight. Then I boiled and roasted them in a pan with a little oil, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and chhole masala. It turns out so tasty and crispy!
For the dressing, I blended 200 grams of paneer with 4 spoons of curd, 2 spoons of black pepper, a pinch of salt, lemon juice, a bit of garlic, coriander, and some water—smooth and creamy!
Now for the veggies—I chopped spinach, onion, tomato, avocado, cucumber, and added some sweet corn.
In a plate, I mixed all the veggies, added the roasted chickpeas and kidney beans, poured the paneer-curd dressing, chipotle sauce, sprinkled some chaat masala, and gave it a good mix.
And that’s it—our healthy, protein-packed salad is ready to enjoy!!! Perfect for lunch or dinner!!!
