This looks much better than the last spinning bird i saw on here! A few commented that the last guy wasnt collecting the drippings, and they felt that was a mistake, for gravy or whatever.
….but given where the hear source is, it seems like a drip tray would mess up your cook temp and stuff.
What are your thoughts OP? Also, those looker killer by the way!
