If you’re not already a fan of Brussels sprouts, you are about to become one now! This recipe for Weber® Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Gratin takes a Thanksgiving side dish staple and jazzes it up with herbs, seasoning, and plenty of cheese! It’ll become your new favorite side…for any time of year!
[Music] make this Weber garlic parmesan Brussels sprouts graten Preheat the oven to 400° Spray an 8×12 casserole dish with Pam non-stick spray Take 16 oz of washed brussel sprouts Trim the outer leaves and slice in half Place in the casserole dish and add two tablespoons of Weberg garlic parmesan seasoning Then spray Pam non-stick spray over the Brussels sprouts Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes Meanwhile chop 1/3 cup of shallots Melt 1/2 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat Then add the shallots and stir until translucent Add 2 tsp of allpurpose flour and whisk together Incorporate 3/4 cup of milk and stir with a wooden spoon Cook over medium heat for about 4 minutes stirring until the sauce thickens Now add 1/4 teaspoon of Members Mark sea salt 1 teaspoon of Members Mark thyme leaves 1 tbsp of Members Mark grated Parmesan cheese and half of the grated griier cheese Stir until the cheese is melted and incorporated into the sauce After it has cooked for 15 minutes pour the sauce over the Brussels sprouts and top with the remaining griier cheese Then bake for another 15 minutes until the top is lightly browned and bubbly This is a wonderful side this fall for the holidays [Music]
