    What temp are you cooking at? What temp did you wrap and pull at?

    Outside of a little more fat coming off the top there, it looks juicy and delicious. Well done

    That looks great! Small critique is maybe trim off some more fat off the top. I take my fat trimmings and render it in my smoker with the brisket to make tallow.
