  1. For the toast and mixture
    – 2 pieces of bread
    – 1 egg
    – 1/2 cup or so of milk of choice (i use unsweetened almond milk so I dont log these calories)
    -splash of vanilla extract
    – Sweetener of choice (i use equal)
    – cinnamon

    For the “frosting”
    – 100g greek yogurt
    – 10g light cream cheese (totally optional but gives it that bit of cream cheese frosting flavor)
    – Sweetener of choice
    – splash of vanilla extract
