2 cups heavy cream. ⅓ cup sugar. 3.5-4 Tbls lemon juice. ¼ top vanilla. 8 large strawberries blended and strained 3-4 Tbls.
Combine cream and sugar heat to a boil for about 3 mins. Remove from heat combine vanilla, lemon_strawberry juice. Let stand for about 15 mins. Pour into 4 servings. I refrigerated for about 4 hours. The addition of strawberries adds to the setting time. Also note that too much lemon can result in a grainy texture. I garnished with a slice of strawberry and micro-basil stem.

The separation from the shell occurred by mishandling. Don't squeeze.
