My grail machine – thanks to this sub

Hey all – been learning by following this group for ever. Started as basic as they come. Upgraded once to the barista impress touch… spent time getting that dialed. Learning… grinding f.i.n.e.r… experimenting with beans, and trying to learn latte art (maybe worse than when I started). Now have taken the plunge to the Sanremo You… feel like a total novice again, but learning, dialing in grinds and enjoying/wasting some coffee… regardless I love the process almost as much as the perfect shot… all this to say thanks to everyone for sharing their learnings. I’ll try to do the same when I know enough to contribute. Meanwhile, I’ll stare at this machine and go back to work :).
