Meal plan for today! Looking at my daily nutrients, I think I need to add some supplements. I'm a super picky eater, need to lower my cholesterol, and try to stick to intermittent fasting. Planning with variety has been challenging while still hitting protein, fibre and cholesterol goals. I picked out a few recipes from a toddler food blog that have gone well 🤣 Yogurt bagels and butternut mac & cheese were excellent.

    Pick your protein and add carbs and fats that go with it. “Eat what you need and add what you like. “

  2. Forget variety. Find the things you like and fit into your plan and repeat repeat repeat. When you’re fatigued, switch it up. Makes life easier and somehow it’s so comforting to have the same foods every day. If you can’t tolerate it all day, at least have the same breakfast.
