    My dad used to catch yellowtail and my mom used to slice it up. We’d have a huge hamachi sashimi, absolutely delicious! I live in San Diego and my dad would ocean kayak

    That rice ratio is upsetting, as is the pepper. Why people ruin good fish is beyond me

    I’ve yet to have jalapenos (I assume) on sushi yet, but I see it her quite often. Is it prepared in anyway or just a slice of raw pepper?

    I don’t have any jalapenos growing this year, but I do have a few chilis I could try this with.
