Visited The Wolf’s Tailor for the third time yesterday evening. Had a wonderful mean, as always, but this may have been my favorite of the three menus I had here. The season-driven menu focuses on local ingredients and sustainable growing and processing approaches. I think it punches above its one star rating. Have you been? How was your experience?

I had a great time as a tourist, but it was during the pandemic, in the late fall, so we sat in a tent outside with the camper stove fueled and burning. With some of the high-altitude herbs and game, it really felt like we were glamping (in a good way).

Great to see posts from this spot. Visited during a short trip to Denver and it was a very memorable meal, would definitely visit again

Last time I went was in the spring and they made a big thing about dishes being seasonal…then immediately served us something with tomato and peach. Overall it’s good but there are other places in Denver I’d go before returning.

I had a wonderful experience last summer! Everything was fresh and unique and the service was excellent. At the end of our dinner, we got a tour of the kitchen and got to speak with the pastry chef. Highly recommend if you’re in the area
