Got dental work done today and all I wanted was comfort food. My old favorite was egg noodles, butter, and cheese.
Today I did Goodles pasta (not perfect, but good!) cooked in chicken broth, peas, and parmesan with a touch of olive oil. It hit 👌🏼

Ha! I have a cold and i was lazy about cooking. I had goodles with chicken and baby broccoli. We are on the same wavelength.
Had to Google goodles … and now I need to track them down so that I can try it!
This is what my grandmother gave us when we weren’t feeling well as kids. Always pasta and peas with a bit of cheese and olive oil. A very comforting meal indeed!
