






it's been two weeks of trying to implement a mediterranean way of eating – let me know how I'm doing!
1.) raspberry smoothie bowl w/ chia, almonds, strawberries & blueberries
2.) randomness lol – chickpeas, mixed greens w/ pickled radishes (homegrown), whole wheat pita, hummus, rice (not compliant I'm assuming?), tomato/cucumber tzatziki salad
3.) turkey "burger" with baked zucchini "fries"
4.) hard boiled eggs, avocado toast, fruit
5.) chickpea cottage cheese salad
6.) oats w/ chia, blueberries, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, spoonful of local honey
7.) salmon, rice, tzatziki, cucumber/tomato salad w/ feta cheese
