Just wanted to share a small win—I've managed to drop from 183.9 to 179.2 pounds (–4.7 lbs) in just one week!

What worked for me:

  • Light breakfast
  • Normal lunch (no restrictions)
  • Fruits only for dinner
  • 45 minutes of light exercise daily
