The ‘dines highlighted in this post are Ponto brand sardines in spicy oil from Mexico.

The first plate is with seasoned rice and lentils and the other is a breakfast plate with grilled zucchini, sunny side up egg, spicy dines with a little bit of mustard over multigrain rice (it contains white rice, quinoa, barley, lentils, toasted sesame oil and furikake)

Absolutely delicious and a mood booster for sure. I’d like to eat them with a side of picked greens and daikon next time.
