Differences between these griddles

Can anyone please tell me the differences between these two similar 36" griddles on weber's website:

https://www.weber.com/US/en/griddle/stand-up-griddles/griddle-36/1501006.html

The differences I see are:

1. the 1501006 top is pre-seasoned rust resistant, and the 44310401 is not
2. the 1501006 has fancier side tables that support Weber Works accessories

Are there any other differences?

Are the griddle tops compatible between those two models?
