I didn't take any measurements, but it includes roughly:
~200g riced cauliflower
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 carrot, grated (next time I would've diced it)
handful of peas
~ 10 prawns
~ 1/8th cabbage head, chopped finely
~ 1/2 teaspoon both minced garlic and ginger
a few dashes of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, chilli flakes, and sesame oil
and of course furikake on top! To your heart's content 🙂
I felt comfortably satisfied and full after. Would've put a scrambled egg in, but didn't have any.
