until it doubles in size. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Spread 2-3 Tbsp butter. Zest of half a lemon. 1 Tbsp sugar. 1-2 Tbsp golden raisins. 1-2 tbsp brown raisins. 2-3 Tbsp chopped walnuts. Set aside for later. 24-26 cm (9 to 10-inch) baking pan. Cover and leave to rise
for 30 minutes. 1 egg yolk + 1 Tbsp milk. Bake at 330°F (165°C)

at 340F (170C) for 40 minutes.
