Partial follow up to my $80 Marketplace Find! Wanted to try my hand at ribs! Started at 11a ended at 4. They turned out really good! Used Applewood this time. Any suggestions I will gladly accept!

    What did you cook them to? 190-200 is the sweet spot. Not seeing much pullback so it makes me think these were pulled early. I would also recommend spritzing every 30 minutes after the 2 hour mark for a better bark
