you are going to love this bruschetta brusqueta recipe i had some heirloom tomatoes left over from a recipe I made earlier this week i just gave them a tiny dice added them to a bowl with a little salt and let them hang out while I prep the remaining ingredients then added in some minced red onion minced garlic crushed red pepper black pepper fresh basil olive oil some golden balsamic vinegar i didn’t have regular balsamic so I just used this balsamic glaze this did need a little more salt i’m going to allow these flavors to marry while I prepare the toasted baguette and the Parmesan crisp for the Parmesan crisp about 2 to 3 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese don’t use the bag into the oven 400 for about 8 minutes then let them cool they’ll harden and get crispy then I rub the toasted baguette with the garlic clove added those yummy tomatoes a little more fresh basil did the same thing for the Parmesan crisp but I mean doesn’t that look incredible so let’s taste the brisqueta bruschetta first I’m going to do it on the toast excellent the heirloom tomatoes are incredible and the parmesan crisp i’ve actually already had a couple bites and I have to say I do like the saltiness of the parmesan but either way it’s incredible you’ve got to try this bruseta brut the recipe have a nice day
