I’ve been in recovery for some time now with various rating related issues. The MD was suggest to me by my gastro, my cardio, my GP and a nutritionist. So I peeked and thought, I can do that. Only really been at it a couple of days but my family is enjoying the journey as well. Probably what I love most about is that I’m not making anything they won’t love. I find myself falling into some old habits but I love the “it is what you need it to be” crowd here. (Not sure that makes sense anywhere other than my head). Thank you!
