Went "do west" yesterday and went hungry so i knew it was a mistake to go to the firat stall i saw. I always thought steak sandwiches meant a grilled piece of meat on a bun.
I ordered this from the first stall near ossington.
What I got was Luke warm to cold sliced roast beef on a thick stale bun. There was alot of gravy.
I saw a grill and hot plates that had steam so I assumed the food would be hot.
I wish I didn't go hungry when I got there, because had I walked a few hundred feet, there was a place that grilled hangar steak that was in a bun.
Seriously though, does slices of roast beef count as steak in Portuguese or Brazilian cuisine? I should have asked for a refund but then I thought maybe this is what's counts as steak on a bun in Portuguese cuisine.
