Raise your glass in Provence as AOP Baux de Provence marks 30 years of crafting exceptional organic wines with a party in a stunning location set in a former quarry.

This year marks a milestone anniversary for AOP Baux de Provence — 30 years dedicated to crafting exceptional organic wines that capture the essence of Provence’s unique terroir. Since its inception, the appellation has championed 100% organic farming, producing wines that embody purity, complexity, and respect for the environment across its 243 hectares of vineyards.

The appellation is supported by 12 wineries, each contributing to the rich tapestry of Baux de Provence’s winemaking heritage. Together, they produce between 4,200 to 4,400 hectolitres of wine annually, with a portfolio of 52% red, 36% rosé, and 12% white wines. These wines come from eight localities: Baux-de-Provence, Eygalières, Fontvieille, Mouriès, Maussane-les-Alpilles, Paradou, Saint-Étienne du Grès, and Saint-Rémy de Provence.

Nestled within this appellation is Les Baux-de-Provence, one of France’s most beautiful villages. Set in a majestic setting at the heart of a region that has preserved its authenticity, Les Baux-de-Provence inspires artists who have captured its beautiful landscape and Michelin-starred chefs who draw creativity from its surroundings.
