o 2 pound pork tenderloin , this generally has 2 small tenderloins
o 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
o 1 teaspoon garlic powder
o 1 teaspoon onion powder
o 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
o 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Herb Garlic Butter
o 1 cup unsalted butter , 2 sticks
o 4-6 cloves fresh garlic , minced
o 1 shallot , minced
o 1 tablespoons fresh sage
o 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
o 1 tablespoon flat parsley
o 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
o 1 lemon , zested and cut into wedges
o 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
o 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
