Honestly one of the worst brunches I’ve had in the past year – everyone hyped it up, so I felt like I had to try it. I ordered biscuits and gravy… Like their signature thing you would think biscuits and gravy… It was absolutely inedible. I have no doubt that Applebee’s in Times Square would have done a better job.

This is kinda shocking. They should know better. And wonder if their kiosk in Moynihan is still running. I’ve worked behind counters and know the cleaning needed to be done and you fix! the violations. Even staff eats from the kitchens so I can’t imagine.
