


I made these keto pizza and it f-ing turned out great!
Dough made from egg whites 1 cup, almond flour 1 cup, mozzarella 2 cups not packed, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder. Just mixed it all up in a bowl with spatula.
I cooked it all first in a pan on stove to get the shape. Lid on. Olive oil in pan. I had it on medium heat, should have probably done like medium low as the bottom got a little more dark than intended. Left it on their for 7 or 8 minutes before I realized bottom was dark.
Slid it onto my cast iron pizza pan, Broiled the top for a few minutes, pulled out, spread on a white pizza sauce I found, then Toppings: mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, olive, pineapple (sorry not sorry), parmesan, BWW medium wing sauce for some kick. A ranch drizzle would have hit too.
Baked at 500 for 8 minutes then high broil for a couple minutes to finish it off on top to my liking.
