My first (really successful) bake! I've made a few loaves before, but my starter has been too weak to really give a lot of OOMPH to get a good rise/crumb on my loaves but my discard bagels (following this recipe: https://www.thisjess.com/sourdough-discard-bagels/#recipe) was absolutely perfect!
I moved out of NJ (and all of its beautiful NYC-adjacent bagel shops), so this was a little taste of home.
