Does it count as Mediterranean meal? I saw Spanish people cooking it pretty often
It is turkey with fried bell peppers,chili peppers, edamame,eggplant, celery, red onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, salt, pepper, Italian herbs, chili flakes.

mostly vegetables, lean meat, fats low in saturated fat (olive oil), possibly less salt/sodium, low calorie density … yes.

It looks delicious but I don’t think it’s something tipically spanish. But it’s perfectly in line with MD diet!
