Looks delish! I have a milk allergy (sheep, cow). But substituting something like oat milk in recipes usually comes out the same. I might try those. TY!

I just bought toasted buckwheat for the first time in my life. Do I prepare it like rice in some salted water? Do you traditionally add butter or spices to the buckwheat? Looks delicious!
