I noticed how important Fiber is for my diet so instead of always coming up with weird fruit/vegetable combinations, I made this:
1 Spoon Psyllium
1 Spoon Chia Seeds
1 Teaspoon hemp seeds
1 Scoop Protein Powder
ca. 150ml water
ca. 150ml Milk (I used unsweetened almond)
1 Spoon maple syrup
+ fruit of your choice (I used black berries)
