    Traditionally Bolognese is for tagliatelle or lasagna only. But no one will kill you for a different pasta shape. 
    Anyway the sauce seems good.

    Asparagus has nothing to do with that. They would be good as a side dish for a second course, not for pasta.

    Busiate is such a nieche and local kind of pasta, I love ot, we made some fresh ones just a couple of weeks ago!
