And it turned out great!
I was worried the lack of salt would make it taste sad, but I added enough Jalapenos and Vinegar to make it really flavorful.
2lbs ground turkey
2 onions
4 cloves minced garlic
4 cans diced jalapenos
2 cans low sodium kidney beans
2 cans low sodium black beans
2 28oz cans pureed tomatoes
1 bag frozen corn
6 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp oregeno
2 tbsp cumin
1 cup apple cider vinegar
Cook the onions and garlic first in a pan or pot first, until slightly transparent. Then add jalapenos and cook them for a few minutes with the onions in garlic. Then add turkey and thoroughly mix. Cook turkey until lightly white.
Then add that and everything else to a crockpot or slowcooker. Slow cook for 8 hours.
I got about seven servings out of this.
