I have made two soups tonight one is a tomato bisque and then I’ve done a garlic onion soup and so I’m going to do what I call a compound soup you take two cream soups it doesn’t work with chicken noodle soup and other things but if you layer them out together let’s get started now I’m going to go ahead and dress it out fresh basil little bit of parm we got a little fresh thyme Put a Little Love around the plate [Music]
