I recently found these babies starting to grow over the side of my Plot ( Community Garden raised bed) I inherited some gorgeous new potato plants I also found, plus its covered in NZ spinach – Which is where the tomato plant is under.

My question is – Can I & would you recommend I clear around it & start training it up a tomato trellis or let it grow out & over the side of the garden bed? I'm a tommy newb.

i can’t see from the photo whether it is an indeterminate tomato (i.e. it will grow long, rather than being more short and stubby) or determinate, but assuming that it is indeterminate, yes, you should put up a tomato cage or train it up a trellis. Make that cage / trellis sturdy. Not one of those flimsy ones. Some tomatoes can grow for metres and can get quite heavy.
