





Smoked some shrimp on the Weber Kettle for our Midsommar celebration. Showing you the set up, and after the wood fully caught fire, put on the lid and nearly closed both top and bottom vents and waited I until the temp evened out at 250F. Used a basket for the shrimp and smoked them for 45 minutes. Turned out great. We also had deviled eggs and a beet and cucumber salad.
