as you can see, i try to add veggies and fruits to everything🤣
monday
breakfast: oat pancakes (oats, banana, egg) with mango, strawberries and blueberries
snack: rice waffles with blueberry jam
lunch: tuna salad (recipe in photos)
tuesday:
breakfast: egg omelette (egg, bacon, tomatoes, spring onions)
snack: watermelon with feta
lunch: gnocchi (recipe in photos)
wednesday:
breakfast: scrambled eggs (egg, ham, chives) with veggies (cucumber, edemame, raddish, pepper)
snack: veggies (cucumber, edemame, pepper, raddish, tomatoes, spring onion, carrot) with mozarella
lunch: pasta (recipe in photos), i dodn't add olives (didn't feel like it!).
