Always 20 minutes to close

  1. Maybe not 20 to close, but always right after you break everything down.

  2. I run a small kitchen attached to a bar and I have told the servers that I have no problem staying late for people wanting food, but within reason. I am not staying for an extra hour for one person. On Thursday I was nearly done for the night, just needed to sweep and turn off the equipment. Kitchen closed at 9:00 and it was 9:03, I was gonna be out in great time tonight. Then a table of eight and two tables of six walked in within a minute of each other….. FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU—–

It makes no difference what man thinks of closing.

It’s breakfast sandwiches. I think you will be alright 👍

  6. Biscuit with no egg, no cheese, no meat…. But with fried chicken?
    Who put that through?

11:54, was that AM or PM? What time do you close?

I’ll take a breakfast sandwich, too, please.
