Practice your writing. Your consistency for writing may have been a little off or your hand may just be shaky. I write on cookies by doing the tissue paper trick: print out the font/lettering you want in the size you want (may take some trial and error). Take a piece of tissue paper and gently trace the letters with a pencil. Put a cookie under your tissue paper and use a dark-colored edible marker/pen to trace out the image again (the ink will seep through). Then you can trace the lettering perfectly!

(Some people use a projector but this is a lot cheaper lol)

Don’t be afraid to fill out the edges of the cookies! And I do agree with @creativeoddity a bit shaky with the writing and the outlining. But the flooding looks really good and smooth!

Consistency on the writing looks too thick. I would go just a tiny bit thinner on that to avoid the “scratchy” look it has. Also – not sure what your technique is like, but you may be holding the tip too close to the cookie, which makes the “shakes” from your hand show. Think of it as touching down to start, the lift up and pull above the cookie for the writing, then touch down to place it at a stopping point.

Make the P in a more creative handwriting

Ok about the writing- it will be way easier for you if you support your wrist with other hand or use your pinkie by touching the surface with it.
