Could be delicious – when she breaks open the final piece though you can see the choux pastry is still raw – and there’s a gap between the churro and the cheesecake so it’s definitely raw dough. Would eat but needs some tweaking.

Okay– this is stupid probably, and more excessive than choosing cheesecake or churros— but it’s not insanely excessive like those milkshakes/bloody Mary set ups or even as bad as those cotton candy burrito ice creams (etc).
It’s the perfect amount of excess without being “immediate diabetes”.
