Tried doing wings for the first time on my kettle last night and I don’t think I’ll be doing them any other way from now. I kept putting it off because I wanted to get a vortex first but figured I could do it just as well with the slow n’ sear insert. Was not disappointed.

Did you rotate them over the SnS or just leave them on that side and flip once and a while?

Yep. Looks awesome and inspired for this evening. Thank you. Did you dry them for a bit before throwing on the spit?

I have a vortex, I still prefer to do the wings like this on the kettle.

I rotate the grill over coals and sear the wings on a rotation so I get a little crisp and grill bark.
