Followed the Jess Pryles recipe but doubled it. This recipe didn’t include cheese, which a lot did and I thought that was unnecessary. Turned out phenomenal.

    Smoked meatloaf is a game changer. That’s the only way I do them now days

    Smoked meatloaf is one of my favorites. Though I do mine in a three or five pound single loaf
