I have been following this subreddit for some time. I have seen people looking for a perfect meat substitute to adjust to a vegan lifestyle. I was a non-vegetarian and became a vegetarian in 10th grade. Till now, the pact is intact (in fact, left eggs too 15 years back. Wondering my age? 45+ lol).
I’m sharing this because I no longer enjoy soya chunks as I feel like I’m having meat. So, those of you who want that flavor and texture, this spicy version of soya chunks masala may be the right choice for you. Hope it helps.
Oof soya chaap is absolutely disgusting. No idea how anybody eats it. Truly one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten, and I include meat in that statement.
What’s in the bowl?
I have a box of soy chunks I should make this with them….
