At the start of what is hopefully a successful move towards better health. I find the first week or two the hardest as my body adjusts to less food and more movement, so I’m trying to focus on eating a higher volume of food more frequently.

    Try and add more protein. It will fill you up more. Put cottage cheese on those rice thins!
