Thoughts the veggies looked really nice while waiting for chicken to cook.
For meal prep this week I used:
250g asparagus
502g sweet potato
440g broccoli
24oz chicken breast (not pictured)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
salt to taste
.
Split into 4 servings
Approximately 425 cals/serving.
